What happens

We sit down somewhere in Uptown. You tell me what eats your week, and I tell you honestly whether AI can help with it and what I'd fix first. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.

What to bring

Nothing. Maybe a list of the three tasks you'd most like to never do again.

The Walkthrough

$750 flat
2 hours at your office · paid at the visit
Book a Walkthrough

What you get

  • Your AI tools set up properly, whether that's ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini, on accounts in your name
  • Saved templates for the emails you write over and over
  • Meeting notes and follow-ups that write themselves
  • Three quick wins picked for your business, working before I leave
  • A one-page plan for what's worth automating next (and what isn't)

What I need from you

Two hours, a laptop, and logins for the tools you already use. I'll send a short prep list a few days ahead.

The fine print

Book a Build within 30 days and the $750 comes off its price.

The Build

$2,500–5,000
2–4 weeks · fixed quote before we start
Talk it through

What it is

One real automation that runs on its own, built around how your business already works. You get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts, so the price never creeps.

Common builds

  • Text-back when you miss a call
  • Automatic review requests
  • Intake forms that feed your CRM
  • First-draft quotes and proposals
  • Appointment reminders
  • Inbox sorting and follow-up nudges

What you get at the end

  • The automation, tested with your real work
  • A short how-to for your staff
  • Everything in accounts you own, so you're never locked in to me

The Workshop

$1,200
Half day · up to 10 people · at your office
Book a workshop

What it is

A hands-on session where your staff use AI on their own real work, not a slideshow. Everybody leaves with a few things they'll use the next day.

What you get

  • Practice on your team's actual tasks: emails, documents, scheduling, research
  • A simple, one-page AI-use policy covering what's OK to paste into AI tools and what isn't
  • A cheat sheet of prompts your team can keep at their desks

The Regular

$400–800/mo
Month to month · cancel anytime
Ask about it

What it is

Think of it like being a regular at the corner diner. I know your setup, you see me every month, and nobody has to explain the order. Your tools keep working and keep getting better. The price depends on how many automations you have running.

What you get

  • Fixes when something breaks or a tool changes
  • One new improvement every month
  • A monthly check-in on what's new and whether it matters to you
  • Text or email me with questions, and I'll get back to you the same business day

Questions people ask

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. Most of what I set up uses tools you already pay for, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your CRM, plus an AI subscription that runs about $20–30 a month per person. If something new is worth buying, I'll tell you what it costs before you commit.

Which AI tools do you work with?

ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini, plus the automation tools that connect them to your email, calendar and CRM. I'll recommend whichever fits what you already use.

Is my customer data safe?

We set rules for that up front. Sensitive details such as Social Security numbers, card numbers or patient information don't go into AI tools unless the setup is built for it. I'll help you write a one-page policy so your whole team knows where the line is.

Do you work with medical and dental offices?

Yes, carefully. Anything that touches patient information needs the right agreements and tools in place first. Plenty of work, like scheduling, reminders and general admin, can be done without going near patient records.

Can we do this remotely?

The Chat & Coffee and the Walkthrough are in person, which is kind of the point. Follow-ups, fixes and monthly check-ins can happen by phone or video whenever that's easier.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere within about 15 minutes of Uptown Park Ridge, including Des Plaines, Niles, Edison Park, Norwood Park, Norridge, Harwood Heights and Morton Grove. Farther out? Ask. I'm flexible.

Not sure which one you need?

That's what the coffee is for. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck, and you'll leave knowing what's worth doing.
