Ozanam Tech is one person: me. I help small businesses in Park Ridge and on the Northwest Side use AI without the hype, the jargon or the enterprise price tag.
Why I started this
I've spent my career between tech and business. I can build the thing, and I also know how a business actually runs day to day. That combination turns out to be rare. The tech people can wire it up but can't tell you if it's worth it. The business people know what's broken but not how to fix it.
Meanwhile, the AI help out there is mostly aimed at big companies, sold by firms downtown or from out of state that will never set foot in your shop. The owners I know around here don't need a six-month "transformation." They need someone to sit down at their desk, fix the three things eating their week, and explain it in plain English.
I grew up in Norridge, then spent ten years in Los Angeles. When it came time to raise my two young sons, there wasn't much of a debate: it was going to be the Northwest Side. We moved back in 2016, settled in Park Ridge, and I've been here ever since. The businesses I work with aren't clients from a spreadsheet. They're my neighbors.
Why "Ozanam"?
Ozanam Avenue is the street I grew up on. It's where my values come from, and where I fell in love with this city and everything it has to offer. Naming the business after it is my way of saying I'm from here, and I'm not going anywhere.

Every price is on the services page. Bigger builds get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts.

If I can't explain it simply, I shouldn't be setting it up for you.

Accounts, logins and automations are all in your name. If we stop working together, nothing breaks.
